In obtaining a ruling to eliminate proposition 1 from the ballot, democrats have done three things. They've eliminated democracy in California. Second, they've given themselves unlimited power to tax. Third, they've foreshadowed their intention to pass massive tax increases after the November elections.
Communism seems to be alive and well in California. Why the democrats want to disarm the law abiding people. The commies and criminals will have guns. If they don't they will use knives, clubs and vehicles. The dumacrats don't want people to be able to protect yourself.
UNFORTUNATELY, Those of us in blue states are screwed.The Supreme Court's not gonna step in and help us the only recourse.Anyone's going to have is to move to red states where gun laws are protected and who knows how long they'll stay protected. That is the sad unfortunate reality.But t because these blue states are not going to let gun rights go infringed upon, and overly regulated. 🤷
In California democrats AB1587 now has all banks using code MMC Merchan category codes for all gun and ammunition purchases because you are stockpiling ammunition for mass shootings , democrats have all financial companies monitoring all credit card transactions, then may in 2025 all retailers will use this code because the purchasers are ether terrorists or mass shooters, straight from Phil ting’s mouth, democrats now have all financial and retailers spying on law abiding citizens, pure communists in California democrats one party rule
It makes no sense to have a stand your ground law when they do not want you to have firearms to defend yourself in California you will wind up in jail unless you were Security Police Exedra
Newsom and his fellow communists have always tried to restrict We the People. Truth is, our second amendment states that our gun rights shall not be infringed. They constantly defecate on both the Constitution and their oaths of offic. Both Tyranny and traitorous!

Californians aren't voting for these horrible policies. We don't get to vote. These laws are just installed. Do you think they voted to let people poop in public or shoplift up to $949.00 as a misdemeanor? They didn't vote to let out the convicts either. They didn't vote to ban building of dams to collect the trillions of gallons that spill into the ocean causing drought in order to spare an obscure fish not even on the endangered list. We didn’t vote for Newsom either. We did vote to recall him.

I'm with you brother. We don't need any more proof that a governor makes a request to the courts and the courts bow down. The petition was done correctly and of the people, by the people, for the people. Fasism is alive and well in the commifrnia courts and government

Vote this Bum Newsom out of office, it's the only way things will change. Newsom is a hard-core Globalist/Communist who is going to do whatever Agenda 2030 and the UN regime tell him to do. They don't want We the People to decide anything because the Democrat party has turned it into a Globalist monarchy/dictatorship and NOT a Constitutional Republic like it's supposed to be.

Like you said (except for a few towns in Vermont) this country is not a democracy but is a representative democracy. If you don't like the laws passed by your representative you vote them out. When you let people put whatever they want to the vote you have chaos. You can't mix the two types. California is a prime example of what happens when you let people decide individual issues.
In Rahimi there is a TON of language that actually helps our case. I wonder why Bonta omitted that. SCOTUS clearly stated that 2A applies to weapons even those that didn’t exist back in 1791. It a much more powerful argument then what Bonta brought up - and I don’t think that Bruen methodology is any sort of danger. Again, there is no historical analogue for mag bans - or AWBs
