Hi David. I purchased your LS swap k-member (for 90 fox) and A arm’s and was wondering if you could help me by telling me what all header’s work with your k-members now? I purchased the speed engineering headers and that was a big waist of money. Been researching for a week and was leaning towards the Hooker Blackheart header’s(even though they was probably way out my price range), only to find out they discontinued them🥲. And also would the Hooker Blackheart mount’s open up my header selection? Thanks 🙏
Super high quality! I have bought from the more expensive competition before you and now only buy your parts after seeing the better quality and cost less!!!
When you weld on a tube it bends the tube. using heat or weld is how a bent tube is straightened he just gave the car toe out which is not good (it screws up the handling) at all if he had welded it on the front side he would have given it toe in which is fine. A clamp on bracket with the tab on the top or bottom would be the best, I work in a machine shop is how I know.
No instructions included but the rear brake hose junction is now in the way and you may have to move it and/or bend up some new brake lines. The hardware supplied is short a few washers but those are easily accessed.
How are you fully welding pillars and eye brow bar? And roof notches. Dose this kit come in mild tubbing I don’t have a tig welder? Full cert on chrome molly is 8sec?
You wouldn't happen to still have the trunk spring's I could buy? I just bout a 89 n some one took the springs off n Idk why, cause its heavy enough lol..
I run the relocated uppers and double adjustable lowers on my 2003 mustang. I have a stock rear spring cut one coil with the spring isolators installed and the ride height is about one finger gap with a 275 60 15 on a 15x10. I run a strange 10 way single adjustable rear shock and 10 way adjustable front coilover both on full loose on the street. The setup works great on the street. I can feel the rear separation and it stays up on the tire and keeps the front up and feels very stable and controlled on the street. My engine and pinion angle are set at -2.4
dont weld the plates to the floor, tack the cage together in the car, but not to the floor or plates, slide the plates out cut holes just big enough to drop the cage down enough to weld the top, lift the cage back up slide the plates under and finish welding, or get a small torch head and remove the head liner and weld the top, we've done it both ways
Buying the kit next week probably. I would like to say that Team Zs customer support is amazing. I asked for my spring height for my combo and instantly got my answer.
