I've watched some AI films, but they're not quite up to industry standards yet. The quality and script are weak due to issues with photography, lighting and editing. Sound is also crucial for achieving the right effects and dialogue, and we still dont see AI tools to match video-sound. It'll take a few more years before AI films can entertain audiences as effectively as traditional movies or TV shows.
As a 3D artist, my job is to create entire scenes with many objects. If a single part requires millions of polygons, it will be a disaster when rendering. UV processing with such a polygon monster is also extremely difficult. Modeling doesn't mean creating a lump of millions of surfaces. And it's amazing that you can produce such poor audio quality with a professional-looking microphone. But anyway, thanks for another video on AI is nonsense. 😁
Agreed. That was the first thought in my head as well. If you were to low-poly this afterwards it might end up looking unsymmetrical and somehow off. For these sorts of objects it might be much more efficient to build it yourself.
@@filipzawadzki9424 When I work for a game engine, I can bake normal maps of high poly objects and put them on a low poly if the low poly modeling is not enough to achieve the desired level of detail. If I do 3D animations for videos or architectural visualization and start baking high poly monsters, the customer will ask me if I'm crazy for wasting their time and money on nonsense.
Can you share with us, how you handle the information? I'd everything in shotgun? Do you use another software for tracking updates, status, changes, notes?
Thank you so much for this video. As a project coordinator in the corporate world for 10 years and my passion and experience in the entertainment world as a Producer, Writer and Actor and have taken a class in animation and rendering, I am wanting to get into this role as a VFX Coordinator. I love to gather information, compile it, sort it and the coordination of people and that information, I guess this would be my dream job. Thank you for a fantastic channel and for sharing your gifts of knowledge and talent to the world.
Great Stuff... I'm good with sketches. But nothing on digital. But want to explore in this field. And DMP is something that took my attention. Anyways, can you please tell me where to start if I want to make a career in digital art
