From the time you pulled the Buick out of the garage . To refinishing the paint . And cleaning up the interior . To making the chrome shine . . " WOW " Your 1969 Buick looks amazing . Are you also going to clean up the engine compartment . . . I really like car's from the 60 's and 70 's Are you going to add a set of Buick relly wheels . To your Wildcat Buick . I like the hubcaps on the car . Keep up the good work . Gene ,
I guess something went wrong with the fuel system in the rear and caused the fire what ever the cause what a big bummer I feel for the previous owners. But that rat survived not a total loss.
You guys got super lucky on that motor rolling. Man what a score 🤩🤩🤩 I had a 4 bolt small block that suffered a carb fire. Chiseled the intake off, pulled the heads and 1 cylinder per side were just destroyed.
You guys have a great channel and do great work, it's too bad you rescued a car nobody cares or wants. It will probably be back in the woods abandoned soon, just leave it!!
I don't know how far you are get some sandpaper on there and get it off the ground if you need any help scraping and sand that's the only thing I know how to do is clean a mess up the old tree man just turned 50,, all respect 🙏.
@@phaelax My Dad had built the 428 in high school. When the original 390 walked the cam, my uncle bought the motor from him. We were happy to get the 428 back and the car is rocking another 390. It’s a ‘64, with the updated cam keeper.
So just a question I know you have said before but what brand is your buffer and you just wet sanded with 1000 grit then compound then wax? What brand of products do you use thanks love your videos
Man that car was a best I know who ever had that car when it burned I know they were very up set when I saw it I got up set that was lots of money up in smoke
I'm hoping you get her back today and 55 Chevy parts shouldn't be too hard to find cause I see people finding em all across the country alot on these here RU-vid channels, that way you can possibly find period correct glass and everything as long as they don't want small fortune's for things like that and good luck with everything..
This is my first time watching your channel and I think that you should just take the heads off and check and see what’s going on cause then if you try to start this and you wanna ruin it cause there was a lot of water in the oil pan
It takes vision to restore a 50's mopar. They are underrated collector/ classic cars. I've had my 53 Plymouth Cranbrook for over 20 years. Its evolved into a drag and drive car. I'm documenting the new remodel on the 53 Plymouth Cranbrook channel. Enjoy the process!

Get 'er going down the road again - radius the rear wheel openings, either leave it in the crispy rust - or paint it flat black, and run it next to Finnegan's Blasphemi. What a sight that would be! Nice score! Also, props to you for acknowledging the loss of the former owner. 👍
Considering the cost of those connect and go packages, the fire and the buy in and parts, i think this was an awesome gamble! Obviously the car needs alot of work to get road worthy but this was an enjoyable video
