For visitor visa, each parent do we need to apply from separate immi account? Or if i have an immi account can i apply for each of them through my immi account?
Too late already, The Chinese student are bringing there parents here in Australia. They Chinese old parent are now Salvation Army freeloader and other freefood like St. Vincent. They are freeloader now . .they are old what can we. Do all Aussie just help them to feed them. They are broke the law and they are old, where do they go. Aussie we have a compassion, we help them.
It will be difficult and they would likely need to do a health examination. But as long as they can demonstrate how they'll meet the GTE criteria, it may be possible
Hi My husband is working in australia, since there is a delay in dependent visa we are planning to apply for visitor visa for next six months.. when his company can apply for dependent Visa it is within 6 months or only after completing visitor visa? Kindly assist.
If you have a positive skills assessment and over 3 Years of skilled experience, and your occupation is on the MLTSSL, then you may be eligible for thr 186 DE.
Yes, the salary is taxable. Depending on the visa and/or occupation, there may also be minimum wage requirements (award rates) that apply for a particular occupation. If there is no minimum award rate for your occupation, you should be paid above $24.10 per hour.
Hi, My family are visiting Australia in December. Would love to know if my child (6 months old by December) needs to have her own visa? If so, how do I apply? Thank you!
Hello Sir, I heard that after applying or getting training visa 407, one can't apply any other visa and they have to leave Australia after finishing training visa. Is that so? Or we can apply PR after training visa? Please tell me. Many many thanks.
You can certainly apply for other visas. The only time you may be restricted from applying for most other visas is if your visa comes with the "No Further Stay" condition. We personally have not seen this condition be placed on any of our clients' 407 visa applications
Hello, in order to move from 482 to 186, do I need to have 3 years of experience with the same employer in Australia? Or does previous experience with the same employer in a different country also count towards the required 3 years experience? Also, if you could reply this in reference to short term stream.
My friend submited visa application in November but in may had specific verification from New Delhi and they asked to submit satuatory declaration form for declaration of work experience and documents related to that he submitted all evidence in Last of june and still waiting...Then what will be about the time period for waiting after satuatory declaration.??
Hi, I have a bachelors degree in civil engineering (recently graduated, so no experience) . I'd like to join my uncle in Australia but i only have 90 points for a 491 visa. Are there organizations/agents that can help me get a sponsor for a 407?
Unfortunately, we do not assist with finding sponsors for the training visa. If your uncle also lives in a regional area, he may be able to do a family sponsor pathway for the subclass 491 visa.
You only have to lodge one visa application and technically you are applying for two visas (subclass 309 and subclass 100). The visa applicant may try to enter on a visitor visa and lodge an onshore partner visa if the visitor visa is granted. Alternatively, the visa applicant can apply for a visitor visa after lodging the offshore partner visa as well.
Unfortunately, there is not shortcut. The visa applicant could try to enter Australia on a visitor visa and then lodge the partner visa onshore. You would need to be careful with this as the visitor visa can be refused due to not meeting the GTE criteria.
If you have been invited and lodged your visa application, at the moment they are taking approximately 12 months. If you have not been invited yet, there is no certainty that you will be, please book a consultation to understand your prospects with a professional.
NT still requires a lot of people and even though it is not on priority, you may still be invited. We always recommend keeping all options open and you should also try to look for employer sponsorships for training visa or skilled visas.
Thank you so much sir for your response. Is it worth it to submit application form to NT even if civil engineer is not a priority occupation. They have strictly mentioned the occupation list and we have to pay 300 Aud for application form
Can I apply two applications at a same time :491 state nomination and 491 family sponsored. I have total 85 points, civil engineer, plz suggest me I want to Migrate yo. NT
Hi sir, I have a bachelor degree as a civil engineer with skill assessment from Engineers Australia. I have completed my master degree in “master of management for engineers” last week. Will this degree accepted as a part of my specific field? I am not eligible for 485 visa due to I have granted 476 visa 4 years ago. I am currently living in Melbourne and looking for a new plan to gain work experience and jump to 190 or 482. My question is, am I eligible for 407 visa? Thank you
You may be eligible for the subclass 407 training visa if you have a sponsor. Please head to our website to book a consultation with our presenter regarding your visa. You will need a company to sponsor you on the training visa.
@@kudzitaperesu2928 They're seeing 13 months but you can expect the waiting times to be approximately 15 months. As it's a new financial year, they have started processing the visas
They’re taking months to years on 190. And I’m a skilled Enrolled Nurse 🇬🇧 tired of waiting. And I previously lived in Australia for 3 years (worked, studied and travelled) before the pandemic started.
The government follows a migration planning level and generally try to stick to that. You should be receiving a decision shortly as it is now a new financial year. The general processing time is around 12 months based on our experience but can be quicker depending on the country you are from and the documentation you have provided
