Nova Chino As stated on the PATH website: "Photographing or taking motion pictures of the PATH system is PROHIBITED unless permission has been obtained." Trust me, every railfanner and tourist finds this rule bull$#|+, including me. The problem is, no one told me about it until I was caught. So if you want to prevent getting caught, don't take photos or hide somewhere where you won't get caught. You may also use a hidden camera as well.
