According to Buddhism every animal is a human in an another " Athma " ( Life) . So, when you eat beef or pork you could be eating someone in your family in an another aathma. I am shocked that so called buddhists, who are supposed to practice " Ahimsa " ( No animal abuse) farming and killing mammals, who are just like us, to satisfy their cravings for meat .....and get fat.
