Cos it comes from irish milk,cows free range grass fed. So i guess the milk is different and the water.

The cattle that produce the milk are well cared for and live a natural life with little or no stress.The grass they feed on grows naturally in a pristine environment with no interference from man..Therefore the products from their milk is of extremely high quality and as close to nature as any you can possible get😊
