Another great video yall and congrats on the new addition to the family. Brisbane’s winter has been all over the shop this year so tough break with the weather while you were on Moreton. Looks like the sun showed up for K’Gari which is great.
Please do not take it personal, taste differs.....that's good otherwise it would be boring :-) Greetings from Germany, last time i drove with a four wheel drive on Frazer was in 1996 😢 Lots of flies that chased me once I was off the ferry, but the island was paradise
I've been binge watching a lot of the Australian RU-vid channels and I love the different perspectives you bring. I didn't realize there was such a big 4x4 community there, traveling the landscape and exploring beaches. Awesome channel, you got my sub. Keep the content coming. 🤘
Thanks Michael! We didn’t have any issue with sand flies EXCEPT when we ventured out to Moon Point. There were so many the whole way along Moon Point Road and at the beach, we couldn’t even leave the windows down while driving! Unbelievable 😯
What a trip so good great footage and editing. Love K"gari been a few times but have‘nt done the full island tour like you guys. Can I ask how much extra fuel you took‽
Thanks mate how good is it there 🤩 We took no extra fuel, but the troopy does have 2x 90 litre tanks on board. We only just clicked over to the second tank on our last day (8th day).
Lol, never have too many Toyotas. Less towing needed. I enjoyed the vid. Looked a great trip. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EAyxzhbu6Zs.html
I watch every Fraser vid that that ever comes out and has come out because I love the place and this one is right up there with the best. Great job! Only criticism too many Toyota’s and no Triton’s🤪😂
Thanks Paul! So glad you liked the vid 🤩 and sorry about the lack of Tritons - Toby says that’s cause they were all either upside down or on the back of a tow truck 😂
Another great video guys. The telegraph trip looks alot more drivable on your videos than alot of others, amazing what happens when you take your time and dont just send it like mad fools! I didnt think I was up for this trip but after this video im thinking about it again. What time of year did you travel up there?
Thanks Bradley! 💯 taking it slow and smart makes for a more enjoyable adventure. We went in August 2020 and water levels were at their lowest. Hopefully you can get up there 🤩
Well done for not horning that moron in the patrol that decided he couldn't wait 30secs when you finally made the charge between Ocean and dune at 9ish mins in. Good move not driving along the top of it, that's how the earlier guy rolled! Don't usually watch these videos but this was good.
wow! absolutely stunning and mesmorising video . you guys did such a great job of capturing all of tbe island and keeping viewers attention ! great music and video edit ! well done congrats on your trip !
Enjoy the new Troopy! I got a new Prado 4 months ago. The newness was as your better half says, “fleeting”. Look forward to seeing what modifications you decide to do. Cheers from locked down NSW or GladysLand.
Thanks Bob, we are loving the Troop!! Going to do our best to keep the build as “simple” as possible, if that’s even possible. Ha! The build list grows each day 😅 Congrats on the Prado, a very capable tourer 👍🏽 get some vids happening when possible, great for memories, especially when in lockdown as most are..
Its great to see your using your DOT trailer for what it was designed for. You should share your videos on the Drifta DOT owners page or Drifta Fans page
Absolutely love this !! ❤ We had 2 great Dane girls ( sisters) that travelled and camped with us everywhere - also so damn spoilt .. have crossed over the rainbow bridge now but this vid of yours bought back so many happy memories for us, thanks for sharing 🙂👍🐶🐕🐕🦺
Taking the camper trailer meant we had enough storage to go off-grid for a few weeks. Plus it has a full kitchen, comfortable raised tent, and - most importantly - we love it 😆
@@TOECOADVENTURES I see thank you for answering, I was just very curious as I have a pick up too. And I hardly ever fill it up even when I really try to hahaha. Im opening up my channel soon and I will be travelling to Australia as well, definitely on a truck to go around there. Hopefully we get to meet each other.
Subscribed after watching your cape trip and very glad to see yall making more content. Not every video needs to be 40 minutes long when you fill it with good natured fun and mild ribbing. Keep up the good work!
GRT work, grt to to see all the places we've enjoyed before plus a few new ones. heading up in April again ourselves, this just makes us keen as to go !
Hi from Vienna/Austria. We did Darwin, Stuart Highway, Melbourne up to Cairns/Cape Tribulation by Campervan 2 years ago, and have started to plan for our 2 -3 months trip from Perth - Darwin once the mess has calmed down and the borders are open again. For that trip we have a Hilux type of 4WD with a roof top bed in our mind. Your movie is awesame and a real inspiration for uns. Thank you so much !!
Thank you, we’re so glad you enjoyed the video! Sounds like an amazing trip you guys did 2 years ago! We hope you’re able to get back here before too long so you can take on the next one 🙌🏽
Thank you mate! 😂😂 definitely one of Willow’s sharper lines 😂. She does all the filming and shares to Insta @willowsloane. We’re hoping to head west later this year 🤞🏽
@@tobincantrall8221 I hope you guys do more vids. I thoroughly enjoyed that. Plan to go across the desert with my Son to Herberton where he lives, then do a trip up to the cape, come May. Covid permitting. Again, thoroughly enjoyed it.
@@TOECOADVENTURES Nope after Cape York we went to NT and the back to QLD. Back to normal life in Sydney now :) Also did a short video for our OTT adventure: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Jpa4kOKnCuA.html
