Hey Kay, it's Glenda. I feel like I got to know you more in this video. Sad to learn of your back issues. I can relate but mine aren't as severe as yours. I do understand the need to move around a lot. As a result my sleep cycles are shorter than I wish. I pray that you find some relief. First, let me say there is nothing stupid about your question or mean. We can't know unless we ask. I'm not sure I'm the person to give an intellectual answer, lol. I've only been faithfully in the Bible for a couple of years. The best way I can answer is that the Bible can be difficult to understand. It was written in a context that is foreign for us in 2024. We read the Bible to seek an understanding of how God wants us to live.
