I often feel that people making a RU-vid channel to help others are focused on looking cool themselves. Or worse, filling the people watching the videos with motivation without substance. My aim is to keep the focus on the subject, share actionable insights and strive to make a real difference in peoples lives.
👍🏼🎯 *Main issue is Ministry of Human Resources 🇮🇳**. Laws must be made has this is high time. I request individuals in 🇮🇳 to not share your last CTC or expected CTC, instead go to Glassdoor and do research and tell HR to analyze as per your interview performance. Because of so much population and rush for jobs, this steps must be taken as mess can be seen as done by individuals who are sharing their last salary. Inflation, Tier 1 city expenses, relocation expenses, joinning bonus also candidates who are unawarw even do not ask if just HR says, we don't have such benefits which they are lying actually to get their incentives up by hiring a better candidate at low salry, so alwas remember candidates. This happens mainly because indian 🇮🇳 youths are not aware about their rights and standing to their expected CTC since 2012 till 2024 in 🇮🇳 I have seen stagnation in in hand salary. Asking laat CTC must be made illigal and should be on interview process and how much candidate has upskilled in years.
