Too bad this builder has a horrible reputation for their foundations. And even though there is a warranty, good luck trying to get them to fix it. Or anything else. Check them out in the BBB.
227,000......is definitely not affordable i recommend getting land or building your own home heck get a shed for 800 and bam complete hone instead of wasting 2xx,xxx on a cookie cuter

I love living here. Moved here from California last year. Lennar has a 10 year warranty on everything except the fence and they do adhere to it promptly. They even send emails to ask if we are having any issues
