Look at you Ms N. So beautiful. Your travels are great, so real and I love watching! Your traveling shows are great for those who are unable to see the world beyond their front door, or those who are making plans to travel and more.....
The balconies are there so that you could look down on the poor natives and thank Gos you are not living in the slums like them!!😅 who builds such a good house in such a poor neighborhood????😂 Edit: I am Tanzanian and I live in Dar Es Salaam
People saying it’s cheap are saying that because they’re in America and have a job. When most people leave to live in Africa most won’t have a job anymore. Just living off of savings or retirement money. So yes that price is expensive. Anyway I have several friends in the country who have 6 or more bedrooms homes and they pay under $1000 a month. It’s best to go to the country and then negotiate your rent. You will get a better deal.
pause the video at 5:55, and look at the view outside. that is just some of the truth that YTers vault right over when they glamorize living in foreign countries. the inside of the house looks 'good', but what about the surrounding area? the terrain? the weather? the walkability?
I pack like you do. Lugging large luggage around is not cute. I made sure I pack light. I don't want to pack flashy clothes, a lot of jewelry. I like to blend in. Thanks for the tip on the washcloths. Some of the European hotels don't add them to your room. I learned the hard way many years ago and usually pack a few Dollar Tree cloths and chuck them when I leave. These are a nice travel size.
Right! Another thing we did when we went to Tanzania was packed clothes we didn't really wear. Once done we would leave them which made room for more things to buy
Thank you for this video & all the helpful tips! I'm one of those ones who overthinks everything I may need, or thinks that I will become some fancy person that needs to pack a ball gown when I travel - when in reality.... I live in leggings, lol
😊 it wasn't bad at all. My mom can't swim at all and didn't even complain which was surprising 😐. It was the hike that was surprising for all of us but a welcoming surprise
