I bought two at Cabelas and they worked fine for about 2 years. Now one gives a [F on the screen and wont enter the menu. Dont know what the error is. Overall they have slow response times and are not very well sealed against weather. Look for an IP66 weather rating and a clam shell case. Avoid these. i wouldnt buy them again.
I will not purchase any more of these cameras they Are impossible to set up as far as I menu. I will not buy anything with this brand name on it ever again. It's a Junk
Thank you so much! I had a QS12FX camera (Used, not in a package) given to me from a family member, so I didn't have an instruction manual to go off of to figure out how to set it up. Although yours was a slightly different model, the instructions were still fairly the same, and I was able to figure out how to set up the camera! Thank you so much!
This was the only video I could find on the QS20. Thanks for posting. I bought the stand alone camera. No battery or SD card. So I bought Stealth Cams 8GB SD card, as still needed. With the SD card inserted, I cannot get to the first menu because the screen displays "SD card error." After watching your video, you clearly did not have this same problem. I'm curious though if you have had this problem before with any brand new Stealth Cam cameras along with their own SD card? I tried this new SD card in a different brands trail cam (Muddy) and the card worked properly. Before I go buy another SD card, I thought I'd ask if you or others have a clue whats going on here? I simply don't want to buy another SD card, knowing that this one is brand new and does work. Perhaps this specific camera is the problem? Appreciate your video brother.
I have not had issues with the card it came with but it’s not a bad idea to buy a couple backup cards on Amazon. They are pretty cheap on there. Some cards are just bad. Hope this helps.
@@littlechumtravels Hey there. You know I simply bought a new SD card. It worked in that camera immediately. I can't say why the first card didn't work. The only difference was the first dysfunctional card was 8GB. The second card was 30GB. I don't know the 30GB brand - it's currently in the woods!!! My advice - keep your camera - try a new SD card.
On the cam when its goes threw the count down and says ready, do you just close it up?or after the count down and when it say ready do you hit enter??? Or just when it says ready just close it up and its ready????? Please help thanks
I got the same one. So you are telling me that on video mode I can only choose 5 min delay between video shoots? I can't choose 60 min or 30 min delay? Last night I set up this camera in the woods and all the SD card memory was used up in 1hr because it kept taking videos of critters every 5 mins and it overwrote previous nocturnal video which was the one I was interested in. I want it to record 1 min video every 30 mins and not be triggered every 5 mins.
TIM from Canada you would never find that at Walmart in Canada.... you would have to go to the bass pro shop... but you would have to figure out what city it is in.....
it’s useless when you buy it it’s more likely not to work than work they will not return calls or your email to help you I am speaking from experience I have been trying for 5 straight days now to get them to return my calls or emails to help me with there trail cam that wasn’t working and still not working when I took it out if the box I wouldn’t not purchase anything from them they will take your money and forget all about you
Buddy those "purple" lights are infra-red lights and you can't see them, the only reason you see them is because the guy's video camera somehow catched it, but no animal or human eyes can see them at night, that's the point.
Thanks for the video is very good when you go straight to what you want to show people how to do.... can you when having a chance show how to review the videos and photos on phone,, tablet,,, or computer
