Oh my God hi hello childhood yeah I'm back it's been about 7 years but I'm back no but seriously the first anime movie in the first anime I ever watched was actually a spirited away not spirited away studio Ghibli it was actually it was ponyo I found it at a blockbuster back when it was still around this was about 2000 2012 so a couple of them were still open but not a lot but the one right next to my house was open long enough and right at the time I was getting a fish so I was really excited so I saw fish on the cover and I went "mom fishy" so we got that and I watched it and I fell in love with it and I've been trying to figure out how to make that drink I really want to know how I make that drink cuz it honestly looks so delicious
Tofu is high in fats and cholesterol the only thing good is it plant based and a decent source of protein but all the oil and soy suace. U just added on canceled all of that out to much salt and fats
