Daisy! Congrats on the interview, you did great! Regarding the Pinocchio hypothetical however, I must (very quietly) push back against Dr. Tyson. Pinocchio could utter that phrase if he were to do so shortly before telling a lie. In fact, it could be days or months later if his use of the subjective "about" was intended to mean that amount of time. Even if we remove the "about" in the hypothetical and have him say "my nose will grow in X minutes", that too would be possible, however it would then force him to tell a lie at that exact moment in time to avoid creating a paradox. What this means then, is Pinocchio is omniscient with regard as to when in time he will lie.

Actually, after looking at it again, I think it's a little more nuanced and weird lol.....he's not necessarily imbued with any sort of clairvoyance but rather has a built in detector that he can use to make statements that he can then use to ask increasingly narrower questions to come to a conclusion about a future event, whether that be about him or not. Ergo, Pinocchio can predict ANY future event given enough probing of the topic.
Nah I don’t agree with him around 37:30 somewhere… gendered matters to function on society. If not why do we have laws and rules I mean since we are free to express whatever we like. We restrict some stuff so it doesn’t chaos. Why do we have categories. Why can’t we called cat a dog and vice versa.

As someone who was in a relationship with a narcissistic abuser and lots and lots of therapy…Courtney was absolutely the abuser. Also most major organs are roughly 3 in deep so.. do with that what you will.
