The location of the project and it's pricing plays important role This Project is not in Kharadi yet your description says Kharadi. Your video captions says Upper Kharadi There's nothing called as Upper when we speak about location. Kharadi will always be kharadi. There cannot be Upper Kharadi or Kharadi Annexe or New Kharadi etc Now this project comes under Kesnand location. The pincode of this location is Kesnand. So my question to you is as an Agent, why are you promoting this as Kharadi. Aren't you suppose to give correct information... If it's not Kharadi,say it's not. People may get mislead by what you are saying. Location plays a Very big role. So please be honest while sharing the project information. Giving false information is violation of Maharera rules as an Agent...
KESNAND is mid of wagholi, this project comes under wagholi pin code not kesnand, definitely not kharadi. Same goes to gera lodha ,panchshil, majestique. However, not sure but after 5 years this place may fetch price.

The project has 7 towers in 3.5 acres of land parcel with very few amenities which is name sake. Sales people are pathetic & hopeless and commit wrong pricing on call and ask for RTGS and when we sit on table, the price goes up saying there was a miscommunication or confusion. When i shared the call recording of the pricing confirmed, they said Sorry- it was a mistake. Glad i didn't buy a flat here. The start has been pathetic, not sure what would happen later.

Normally Possession is linked with the registration in a way, you will never get possession if registration is not done but if registration is done then it depends on the type of Property anyone is buying in the case of under construction possession date is mentioned in the registered documents, In case of resale it could be immediate or as per the mutual discussion between both the parties.
