We are twin brothers with over 30 years of Nintendo fandom! We love almost all things video game, graphic novel or anime related! Hope you enjoy watching as we explore all things Nintendo Switch and beyond, with a focus on f2p and indie games. Henshin-a-go-go, baby!
Has the event ended on Sunday? Because I can still get the reward tiers by grinding purple enemies, (until Wednesday begins, the timer says), but I can´t replay the kingdom story anymore, the button isn´t there.
yep, a week long for the story and a few extra days to collect the rewards. some of the previous Legends Reborn events were longer and you would have to replay the story several times, but they did it different this time🤷♂
It's a very neat piece of interactive historical storytelling, enjoyed learning more about that era of history and the unique interactions with the designer and her family
what is the name of the classic nes game in which the character has only head and leg and he breaks rocks and solves puzzles to get through to the next level?
@@locagamer5966 shrug, dunno? my best guess based on the loose description would be Adventures of Lolo, though I'm far from having an encyclopedic knowledge of retro games 🤷♂️
Hero Squad "Buster Bluth" Awesome video, havent seen ol Blaster Master played in awhile. Anyone else grow up reading the book? Dunno if they made multiple.
I did not, didn't know they had a novelization until now, fun bit of trivia, part of the 'Worlds of Power' series of books. Appreciate the comment👍 have to look those books up now 😁
good question, if you follow behind another racer, you'll build up nitro, that means you're in a "slip stream." certain classes benefit more from slip streams than others, defenders build LOTS of nitro from slip streaming.
yes, just had to remember to hold the skill button whenever I picked up a skill. I have a tendency to get caught up in the race and forget 😅 but should be pretty straight forward if you can remember. Winning is the other half of that, so having a racer at the recommended level helps. Good luck, hope you get it done👍
Have to go with the heroic autobot leader 😁 though, in the context of Smite, I'd pick Ra over Geb 😅 prefer the offensive power of the mage class over the guardian class
@@mohdimansaifullizan6193 Have not played Gigabash, but looked like a really cool battle game. Played Destroy All Monsters Melee back on the Gamecube, Destroyah was pretty badass👍 though I was an Anguirus main 😅 seen any of the newer Godzilla movies? Been watching several of the older ones lately, haven't caught the newer ones yet.
Right on, it's the first game in the series we've had a chance to play.✌First caught our attention playing the DS game Project X Zone, had some God Eater content on there, watched a bit of the anime as well. Hopefully will keep making progress and we can attempt some online multiplayer ourselves at some point, having fun so far👍
One of the most difficult games I've ever played! 😅 After my brother and I did some co-op, I tried a solo run... and those later stages were something else, never did figure out the final boss! Thanks for checking out the video 👍
Just FYI.. I discovered this just about 10 years ago... the difficulty is dynamic in Xevious, so the better you play, the more the algorithm ramps up the difficulty. Like earlier than normal more different types of enemies appear and more difficult enemies in rapid succession. It's kinda of a neat play dynamic, but sometimes frustrating. You were doing really pretty good at the beginning hitting all the double and quadruple installations with your blaster at first. I used to be great at doing that too in the arcades, but was frustrated with the several ports I played on at home. I eventually chalked it up to the blaster accuracy being a bit off with the game systems or controllers I was using. Or maybe I just sucked the older I got lol.
Yeah, I noticed the enemies kept shifting as I went along, definitely adds to the challenge! 😅 The full playthrough I did goes for quite awhile longer, but I had to resort to rewinding more frequently the harder it got. I know I'm getting rusty in my old age 😅 but we try to have fun. 👍 Thanks for checking out the video, and appreciate the comment ✌️
Hey you didn't go for the Easter Egg at the very beginning lol. If you continually bomb the extreme right edge of the screen over the forest before any enemies show up it gives 10 points and reveals a title at the bottom of the screen "namco ORIGINAL program by EVEZOO" I always love to start off my Xevious game that way !
Thanks! that would be nice, but I don't know of any other unlock method myself, if you had the original cartridge a GameShark would probably work 😅 otherwise just perseverance. The rewind feature on the Switch VC is nice for just trying to cheese your way forward, easy to correct misses that way. Thanks for checking out the video, much appreciated 👍
Hooray! Glad we could be of some assistance 👍the game can get pretty tricky at times, but overall is a fun experience. Good luck with the rest of your playthrough, and thanks for checking out the video! ✌️
25:00 You're supposed to have the Repulsion ship upgrade which drops a spring that launches whatever it touches, ship or seed. This whole map tests your patience.
I still remember being a kid and seeing my mom get to giant land. It blew my mind. So creative for an NES game. It was harder to shock back then before cutting edge graphics and power. It was so awesome.
Always some of my favorite memories growing up too. My brother and I would hang out with our uncle and just explore every nook and cranny of the stages looking for secrets or new ways to run thru, this and Super Mario World are still two of my favorite Mario games! Thanks for checking out the video! 👍
I've dabbled with it now and then, but never really got into the Battle Royale genre. Checked out a bit of the new Lego and Rocket Racing games they added recently, neat additions. I enjoyed the pacing of the Lego mode, just haven't found the time to play it much! 😅 How about you, big Fortnite fan?
yeah, it's an overall tricky game and as you probably saw in the video I only barely made it in time!😅 the more I played the game, the more I started remembering the layout of the stages and where to focus collecting, but that's been awhile now... my best advice is to focus on collecting larger objects as your katamari gets bigger and not worry too much about every small object you roll past. large objects and large groups increase the size fastest, which hopefully means even larger objects to roll up!
The Valvurian Tablet you'll need to decipher for the 'talon glove' recipe is found by digging up a treasure spot in the Burning Desert overworld. You'll need Taika to sniff it out and use the dig ability, but you'll also need Ive to decipher the appropriate map to mark the location. Most of the maps can be bought at the shops in Zaber, Northwest Trading Post, Desert Oasis, Forest Glade and Suvia. One treasure map is obtained by releasing all the crows... the remaining maps are obtained by digging the other treasure spots themselves. Not certain at this point where the specific chest was... but am guessing it's near the northwest section of the desert. Collect those treasure maps and you should eventually find it. Some X spots have more than one thing to dig up, so keep that in mind. Been a while since I've played, so hope this helps
I know! It's just about as old as me! XD Was neat to play through, but definitely a challenging game, don't think I'd have ever finished it as a kid. Thanks for checking out the video!
yeah, unfortunately, sorry. It's a good game, but was taking up too much time and I wanted to work on other things. Hope you can still enjoy some races though✌
I would imagine so, that burst of healing from Eve really helped during the last fight! Also, took me about a half dozen tries fighting Garuda but practice and patience pay off 😅 👍thanks a lot for watching, it's really appreciated
I've been stuck near the end of the game for a whole day and was at a loss for how to proceed. I realized I was missing some items from the mass driver facility and watching your playthrough helped me get 100%. Thanks for uploading this
Awesome! Congrats on wrapping up your playthrough, I know the video's probably not the best walkthrough, but am glad it could still be of use! 👍Thanks for watching!
Thank you, it's been a neat event. Only problem has been the frequent crashes, and still haven't played any hunt stages yet! XD but we do what we can, trying to have fun
Good question, I started playing earlier that morning before the challenges were added so it was already completed when I checked it. My best guess would be the Solo Show, to go along with the 2 Squads and 2 Duos above it. Unfortunately, that's only a guess so apologies if it's not helpful.
thanks for great your video ☺️ I thought your video was very good and it really entertained me ☺️ You habe a New follower stay connected🤗 By the way, I also play Mario Kart, if you want you can stop by☺️ Have a nice evening 🤗
