A clean and respectful sim racer and long time motorsports fan.
If you're good and clean and sick of bad drivers ruining your race, find my discord. Here you will find ONLY good and clean drivers announcing when they're going to run a GT7 public lobby. Let's get all you good drivers filling public lobbies so we can have races like I upload ALL the time! Also moving into driver coaching. Follow the links if you want to be faster...
@@storypunman It was over 2 years old. It's gone to Fanatec for a "2 week" repair... 6 weeks later and no news :( Fortunately I got a 2nd hand one from CEX who delivered it in less than 24 hours.
@@LiquidGTold vid. tbh I get a race like this every time I'm on. Built up a massive list of psn friends who are good and clean drivers (popmotorsport is one). If you see me in a lobby, there's a good chance I'm already racing good drivers... join in the fun.
Love how you criticise me for hosting a lobby when i dont control how people drive mate. Dont think i came any where near you lobby yet you cry about me cos of others actions . Bless ya
The chat suggested you knew each other pretty well and were using party chat with each other (like one saying how the battery in their headset had died). But even if these weren't your mates, the host is the only one with the ability to kick, meaning it is your responsibility to keep the lobby in good order. I have many psn friends who run a tight ship in public lobbies. We have good clean competitive races all the time.
Yeah breaking poorly is what you expect from us being C or D racers. But if your rolling in the A lobbies, you know 100% how to break and trial break, sharp breaking from an A drivers is nothing more than a deliberate attempt to cause problems
It was great fun. I had a couple of issues with lag jitter when close, but I was very close for a lot of that! It was just a couple of semi mistakes at the last and first corners that got me back into your slipstream. If it wasn't for that you'd have had a comfortable 2nd place.
Yeah thats probably my connection mate, its been very up and down lately. Sardenga A is probably one of the tracks i dislike more than others, great for racing im just prone to the odd mistake there as you saw 😅 Fully deserved mate you kept the pressure on 👏 One of the best wheel to wheel races ive had for a while 🙌 Never spent so much time looking in my mirrors 😂
Iv jumped in that notthatquick guys lobbies before and had mixed races some really clean guys that give space but others that hate being over taken and try take you out. But that notthatquick guy isn’t the best driver but he’s quite apologetic if he hits you while he’s streaming don’t think it’s always deliberate I think they just don’t have the race craft when there’s loads of cars on track
Yeah there is a bane to being quick. Sometimes I get booted the moment I do 1 lap. It's the only reason i haven't bothered getting an A+ rating. He was being a dick though. Verstappen style pushing to pass gets right on my tits.
That's what my discord is going to be about - getting the drivers like us into one place so we can fill public lobbies with this kind of racing, because that is what we all want.
The more I play with GT7's physics, the better I find they are. It gets a bad rep for not having tyre wear and tyre pressures in the SIM community, but actually the rest of the physics are pretty good and natural.
It was fair to push another driver off because someone else rammed you? Eh? I wonder sometimes if you rammers are literally retarded. What amazes me at Monza was you were cruising past anyway, but still decided to ram me off and I had done nothing to you for all of those races. The thing is, people always remember and they will add you to their blocked list. Which means you will get fewer and fewer clean lobbies to race in. Eventually all you be allowed to race in are dirty lobbies. It hurts the person getting rammed once, it hurts you forever. And the reverse is true. I get clean close races almost every time I race online, because the people I have raced against remember I'm clean and fair, add me to their friends list and invite me back for more races. And my friends also know I find good lobbies, so they will join lobbies I'm already in, so we have even more people racing in clean lobbies. If you ram, you will be forever alone in crap lobbies.
It's extremely disorientating, shit does nog respind as it should, but, what makes it even weirder os that there are many who do not have these isseus.
I played trial Mountain in sport mode during the Free weekend.... and experienced these stutters in busy corners...... Is this lag? I should have tried playing with ethernet cable, but didnt think of it.... Offline mode works well though
Probably gave it away with the voice comments. Some are made live during the race - all the first person views, others when I'm putting the vid together and knew the result like at the beginning and the non-first person car views.
I can't think of a reason either, for running the wing and the splitter (for this car, with this setup). Pretty sure the only course I can imagine where it might make sense doesn't exist, in the real world or otherwise. lol
I found out that just running the splitter does increase the pp, enough to force you to lower the bhp. Adding a wing with the splitter lowers the pp, so it increases drag and understeer.
That was awesome. You were faster, but like you said, it's so hard to overtake on BH. Both of y'all drove great. Fair. So many near-undercuts on that 2nd turn. Thanks, both of y'all!
It was great fun. Brands is so hard to overtake at so sometimes you have to try and force a mistake by staying really really close. I nearly climbed into your boot a couple of times! Haha. Good job, sir.
Kind of amazed at about 4:13. Huh. Looking forward to firing up PC2, if only just to see if you can do the same thing. Actually observe the loading of the tires. Or, you know, in a meaningful way. Huh. Cool.
