Radio Caroline! was the only cool radio station! in England around that time! finally got to hear some more of A great DJ, Dave Diamond, what a cool radio station,,
Look like an airhead but he close to a genius not like nowadays they are actual airheads around in the past they only exist as fictional characters now they exist in real life lol
I'm super young (31) but I basically live off of these airchecks. Radio broadcasts are much more valuable than music albums...etc because once the broadcast is done it is gone for good if it wasn't recorded.
I was only 7 years old in 1980. My parents and i were living in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada then and this station brings back memories of AM 930 CJCA for me! It was a talk radio station during the day and played MOR music in the evenings! Thanks for uploading this, it reminds me of a simpler and happier time before all our lives and society in general got way too complicated and self-centered.🙁
The women who’ve had that stunning effect were Liz Taylor, Sharon Tate, Hedy Lamar, Jane Seymour, and a few others. A man that is that fetching is rare indeed.
I grew up watching these episodes as a kid. I think these were what got me interested in true crime. These and American Justice with Bill Curtis. My grandma didn't like these, but would watch these with me *just* to listen to Paul Winfield's voice- "as crumbly and rich as your great-grandma's triple chocolate coffee cake."
Wow. Entertaining and enlightening. The Beatles had “All You Need Is Love”, “Strawberry Fields Forever” and “Penny Lane” out before Winter of ‘67 and none made this Top 10. Amazing…
