I call bull💩 on this whole video. Have 6 female's to 2 males in a 20 gallon. 7.4 ph an tanks are around 80. My 1st fry (should be 1st batch bc of there size) where mix male an female. Had them separated from the rest always as all the others too. Every fry after that batch were all females. Gad so many i stopped pulling them out. Only rhe strong survival method. All them ......female ... yeah again I call bull 💩
Because more than half the fry i have that are showing sex are all female except for the 1st batch. Well over 100 fry from my original 6 that been popping them out since April. I have 5 males well over 50 females showing ..... 🐂💩
I cant tell if my fish is going to give birth but she looks close do i put her in the breeding box overnight and if nothing put her in tank in the day?

Hi i just got a pair of mollies. Mum said to keep them in a bowl. The male keeps running after the female. Theres nothjng in the bowl just sand and water pls tell me any hide puts i can make .
@toshyboi3997 you can add live plants. But, a bowl is too small for them. You need at least a 10gallon tank with proper filter, air stone, and a heater
@toshyboi3997 Since you don't have a proper substrate for planting, I suggest picking one that doesn't require substrate. Please watch this video as well - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ehc6LBZW4Kc.html
I just started a 55 gallon tank and I put angel fish a koi and two fancy goldfish and a platy and I just added 3 guppies. They fine until I did a 90% water change. I tested the water and everything is fine. They are not active and sit at the top or bottom of the tank. What could it be? I treated them with metaline blue for an hour and put them back in my tank. Could it be stress?
@TennisWinnersOnly can be many reasons. Please watch this video as well - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iKPJBfqaGyQ.html Btw #1 , never replace more than 30% at once. Btw#2, koi, guppies, and angelfish are not a good mix Btw #3, koi and goldfish should be kept in much larger tanks or ponds
Hii I am a new owner of fish I accidentally bought two molly and two gourami for same tank any tip ,, should I change and bring more gourami or just add two more pare of molly in tank
My experience is molly if it big than betta then definitely they will intimidate betta fish.I had kept one female baloon molly with my all female betta fish well planted tank and molly fish started chasing them and became very territorial. So I wouldn't suggest to keep them together.
my swordtails are sort of translucent with just a bit of color and their sword is on their anal fin instead of their tail. Do you know what kind of swordtail that is? I’ve looked it up online, but can’t find any information.
We just brought our fish to our tank (today first day) and the baby platy fish are swimming normally but the guppy fish (baby and adults) are swimming on the upper corner in the top of the tank. Is that normal? Are they in danger
@Lilaghosh145 sounds like pleco or other cleaner fish. Please check out this video....if it's the same fish, then yes - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YablYkD0efQ.html
Thank you for this video! I already have two babies that seem like they will survive and now this behavior is happening again. I may have mollies to give to friends soon!
@@UriShasha note u have to monitor the glofish from far away. Glofish will act innocent when u r nearby but once u walk away, their wild behavior will come out n attack the betta. Put a new hidden spot in the tank. If your betta keep hiding in there n breathing hard, that means the glofish are attacking the betta. Remove betta asap. Chances of them living together are very low if glofish has dominated the fish tank for a long time. 100% of the time glofish are the aggressor n not the betta fish.
It depends on what you are trying to achieve with the salt...in general, if you're unsure,it is recommended to start with smaller dosages and then increase if needed
