FYI discovered recently the two Olympics and Paralympics mascots are called The Phryges together (a Phryge i.e a phrygian hat) but they actually have names! 🤯 The first is Oly and the latter is called Para. ❤
obviously I'll discover this with practice, but ... since I'm new, when you say let each layer dry before the next layer: are we talking 15 mins? 2 hours? overnight? I know it'll depend somewhat on location & humidity, but what's a good "at least for ___" guesstimate? Thanks.
you give enough step explanation & detail that a beginner is encouraged to give it a try, even if never attempted before -- and you manage to give what's needed in a concise, time saving manner: that's a real skill! Thanks for the thought & prep you did to be succinct. (And also the beautiful end result, of course!)
I am not using paint. I’m using color pencils OK but hard with color pencils I am actually a artist. Some people bought some painting from my shop. I only have paint but I’m not using paint right now because I don’t want to make my foot dirty my not want to use my backyard. My backyard is full with paintings. I did my front yard Cop and I’m making a sloth and I’m looking in here to see they also all is OK. I teach me how to do a sloth more but my sloth and I am a kid and my mom and dad and my little sister and my dog asleep, but I’m awake And I’m making a cute slop and I really like that coming out not to lie. I would love it. She’s doing it. It’s cute sloth on Aussie expensive and I love my paintings. My dad bought me a lot of color pencils and I love to paint painting is my favorite thing to do I do it almost every day, I really love painting. I do love painting. It’s really nice when you go up you suspect you keep practicing hard and it’s❤ try your best of painting is doesn’t matter you want to be a artist a teacher anything you want you can be it do not let anyone stop you bye-bye bye guys
I loved watching this tutorial! Thank you for showing the wax paper technique together with negative painting, it makes the texture much more interesting. I'm going to try this style as a background around a bird painting i'm doing! Still a beginner, i keep learning.🙏
Everyone can paint so well but i can barely draw right. This is amazing. I tried to paint this but no my stubborn self cant even draw the f16 without having a mental breakdown. Good job
Late to the party on this one, but THANK YOU! I didn't even know this had a name, it's just something I've done forever and didn't know why. It brings peace to my soul. I don't know why it works, but it does.
fabulous! I have just started experimenting with layering negative space objects and tried monochrome layers. It became obvious quickly that texturing would make it much more interesting. It was also my experiment to practice values. Still new to it but all good lessons. Suffice to say, love the wax paper texturing. Cheers!
