I heard alot about Sentai back then so I decided to watch I watched shinkenger it was like stepping into another world I was so used to samurai that I wanted to see what was different I love both
I knew Samurai did a lot of things similar to Shinkenger, but I never realized it was almost exactly the same. A prime example shown here is when pink was cooking. Mia did the exact same thing, albeit it was mirrored, along with when she gave Kevin her food.
@@aman085 Its pretty much they put Shinkenger through Google Translate, but Google Translate isnt completely accurate and that's why some parts are different
@@jadepotato that's exactly the case they just remove mature things and make it kid friendly while Shinkenger was one of mature and bloodiest Sentai ever
My favorite scene from Shinkenger occurred in the second half of the season, and involved Mako and her culinary "skills", again... It was a scene where their master says: "So, Mako is making the dinner, but we already take the necessary measures..." Suddently, two of the house servants appear carrying a stretcher on the background.
Hiroki Aiba's line deliveries are the true comedy gold of the series. Teach kids to laugh at timing and delivery, not because Genta is mugging at the camera.
I originally thought Aiba was over-acting but that’s just Ryunosuke’s character ig, Genta was way worse until he slowly matured throughout the season, Ryu seemed to stay as Ryu though lol
@@Iron8127 they did better making the dialogue different and having different plots, but lets be honest saban turned gokaiger into a mega flop. Samurai's quality is debatable, but if someone says that megaforce was actually good then 99% of the fandom will come for them
Ryunosuke you nitwit Takeru is not a god or lord he's a normal samurai master after his late family died and he's now the leader of his clan. Ryunosuke is blind on him that's why he's acting like a loser with Takeru all the time
When I watch these Sentai episodes, I use TV Nihon subs. I use the TV Nihon subtitles over the other subtitles because I prefer the more literal translations instead of the more adaptational translations that "shout factory" and "overtime" have. Usually people watch tokustatsu is on kissasian.sh.
