Loved your video of the CT! You really show the BLISS that only a thu-hike can bring! Oh, I also know the dirt, the pain, the hunger, etc - I'm a thru-hiker too...but, your POV is so loving - of the trail, of hiking, of nature - I can't wait to thru-hike this trail - hopefully, in 2025!
I remember you guys I actually have a BA pic of a bunch of you coming into Durango,I had doughnuts by the sign and Gatorade and beer over in the creek excellent video glad you made this.
Blessed to have been born and grew up in colorados mountains. I've seen the trail but one day I'll hike it, my camera roll will have like 5000 pictures 🤣
Wonderful video!! One of these summers I want to bikepack all the way from my house which is only about 8 miles from Waterton Canyon all the way to Durango in one trip. Hiking looks great too!!
Nicole, Thanks for another wonderful video. Loved the whole video. Especially the bee and the bat slo mo. Looks like you got to work at that park, what a delight. Best wishes!
Hey! We might have passed by you somewhere! We were there around the same time for 17 days. The only thing I took a pass on was horseback riding. I've been riding for 60 years and there was no way they were going to get a helmet on me! It was fun seeing the same places through your perspective and taste in music. Thanks!
Love the video planing on doing a onewheel XR journey on the trail for half the distance first time. But bought a solar monocrystalline blanket that's waterproof and only 1ft by 14 inch and 12lb. So pretty easy to carry on my back folded up. 300w getting a little over 300w from testing with converter that will power my electronics and step up the voltage and lower the amps for my one wheel XR to charge off of. If I travel for a few hours at night I should be able to get two charges during the day giving me probably about 50-60 miles a day given that it probably won't be able to charge to the full amount and the terrain will eat up some of the battery but not to bad. The one will excels on off-road and uneven terrain. I want to do a few shorter test runs locally but as soon as the weather gets just right I am going out for a experience. But the added advantage of being able to get water from River sources is a big save on what I need to take with me.
Nicole, as usual a wonderful adventure video. I always look forward to seeing your next adventure. Hope to see a summer work video in the coming months. Adventure on Nicole! Adventure on!
