A decade later and this is still better at most action films out and even better than the comic book movies and the guys who made this weren't even series with it's direction. Yeah, I'm watching it for the first time as well. Dismissed it because I thought it was just more nostalgia porn riding on the overbooked 80s nostalgia train. While it is that to a certain extent, I had no idea just how silly, wildly fun and visually impressive it was. Can't believe it was made for only $600,000.
