Wish the video was recorded in Landscape (phone held sideways) mode. We'd see more than wasted blue sky. Could really see the edges without moving the camera too much until you turned around. Neat to watch though.
I was thinking California, where it's always a big deal to have enough water to send downstream. But then I focused on the meadowlark, which doesn't live in California. So, it must have been in prairie country.
I'm not denying the globe is warming. My point is that people are getting caught up in silly arguments because of the name and not acknowledging that the weather and its consequences are getting more severe.
But that's not to say that everywhere in the world is getting a little warmer each year, it's more complex than that, which is why global warming is not the greatest term to use. There are some places that are getting colder !
Very reminiscent of a basaltic Aa lava flow moving over level ground, right down to the formation of levees - in this case ice - at the lateral margins...
First of all, stop calling it 'global warming'. Call it climate change. The global climate IS changing and for people who don't adapt, well, good luck. We can argue the causes all day but it IS happening dipshit.
