The CH-7 is an experimental ultra light originally designed by CICARE S.A in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Actually other small enterprises likeCH/ in Italy and Arviter in Spain, try to selling like own an original product, and not payit the proper royalties to Augusto Cicare who is the original designer, and had patented this and other similar models.
Just for viewers in the States(not that it matters) , please find another tag besides Ultra light. It implies a whole other meaning, I.e., no license, certification, etc., as I'm sure you're aware, clickbait notwithstanding.
Has anyone yet designed a SAFE, Non-Rotax, dependable engine, fly 3 hrs before refueling, ceiling to 10k feet, Light or UltraLight, 2 Seat, Experimental, Production or Homebuilt , Helicopter for under $200,000 USD? I would like to Own and Fly one of these without having to Die in the process! (Yes, it has to have an enclosed Canopy and be able to fly year round!) Keywords are Safe and Affordable!
Just so you all know. CH7 stands for Cicare's 7 Helicopter design. As to date the barbaro boys have not lived up to their agreement with Mr. Cicare from the early 1990s and paid him one Euro, Lira Centavo yet...... Now Josi Barbero took Mr. Cicare's design and came up with the Komress and Ranabot, two great little helicopters but they are using Mr. Cicare's patented control system and are not willing to pay him..... People do not realize having the patent means you have a chance in court if you can afford a law suit across the southern Atlantic ocean BUT IT IS A BIG GAMBLE and more so in the Italian legal system.... Feel free to ask igi barbero what you just learned above. And you judge weather he is telling you the truth or not.....
Can be kit or production. Production is another 20k. If you want all the bells and whistles take 200k and you might bring some home. the engine is some kind of Rotax.
