If "the higher the heel" today telegraphs "a higher elegance" than there is no better shoes than those by Guiseppe Zanotti, the designer and owner of same named brand, that crafts in my view the most elegant 5 Inch Heeled shoes and boots for Ladies of Distinction !!!!! Zanottis are frequently used by most Haute Couture design House for their "Fashion Week" runway shows.
@@Arsus-gp6ih Not really. Wolf attacks on humans were always relatively rare. In the past, and across the whole Europe, the narrative was that something is amiss in such cases. That is, it couldn't be a natural occurrence. Such wolf had to be either a werewolf (very widespread belief, not just in France!) or a real wolf set on humans by some hostile will (a witch, or in pagan times, by wolf gods).
@@Arsus-gp6ih Another thing, stories like this are common in other parts of the world as well. For instance, for tigers, who turn maneaters much more often than wolves, but it's still rare among total tiger population. In India and other countries where deadly attacks have been occurring, many locals in the past believed these were not real tigers (which, according to lore, don't touch human flesh), but an evil spirits (demons) only taking the form of a tiger to kill humans. Or even a weretiger (same thing like werewolf, just turning to a tiger instead of a wolf).

Yes it would have, especially considering the fact that gas fumes (or vapors) are way more explosive. Look we all know that most of the gasoline is not burned and leaks behind the piston, hence the cat converter that simple burns up the excess so that it doesn't just leak out of the tailpipe. Something that they used to do back in the day. The oil business does not & will not let anyone just phase out their product, especially overnight! Our modern world would not exist and even after we stop burning it in our cars, ok yeah fine - AND... AND your still going to need it for the pills you swallow, the food you eat, the house upon where you sleep and in the morning you will brush your teeth & do your everyday routine and not even think about the FACT that all of IT, everything you see (even the things you don't, won't or can't stand to see - well guess what? OIL, well you see - perhaps it is actually YOU begging for ME!
This was a patent for a carburetor. An engine runs efficiently on a 14:1 air fuel mixture. If this carburetor delivered (approx.) 8 times less fuel then the mix would be 112:1. Not only too lean for power but too lean for combustion. It would never have worked.
