Very helpful. I was having a number of problems trying to update a DL380 Gen 10. Found out you cannot load these images via Ventoy, Balena etcher, or I guess any 3rd party utility. HP has an in house USB creator tool. Or you can attach as an iLO virtual drive. I ended up using the iLO drive which worked fine.

Be careful with this developer! Some of us paid full amount for the River Estate in 2018. The project failed because of insufficient funds. The developer is adamant and unwilling to refund us. Be weary.

Phase 6 will have 2 lifts per Block. Yes.. All phase 1,2,3 and 4 have very good security and the new phases should not be any different. <15mins to JKIA. 35 mins to CBD. I know home owners and tenants happily living and working in phase 1,2,3 and 4. Titles may delay since the whole block needs to be fully sold but it will finally come.
It is off plan. They want money to build GWG Phase, 5 Usilipe. Utalia. Check out what happened to a similar project in Ngara. They promised to delivery in 2023. It never took off. Phase 5 we have waited 3 years. Yet they promised december 2022.. 😢
Safety can only be confirmed by the relevant authorities. However I know that with mobilised resources and right machinery, the job can be done in 2 years. Tottenham stadium was brought down and rebuilt in 2 years 😉
@mkeem8595 They have communicated a delay of 7 months to their clients and sited the reasons why. Let's hope phase 5 is handed over in July as promised.
They're working 24/7 to get it completed. There are however some phases of a project that when completed, the machinery and resources will be lying idle. They're preparing to deploy in phase 6. Planning ahead.
