So I'm not sure of the accurate information, but the construction cost is about 31k USD .(But the price was changed, so it's about 125k USD at the current price.) The renovation cost is about 9 million yen (About 56k USD ※The rate is at July 2024 ). The renovation was carried out about 25 years ago.(The prices have not changed much.) Probably the time it takes for a house to be built would not be that different.
