This is NOT how they do it now. They cut out the toenail sides, not the whole skin off your toe! Unbelievable. You can still see the toenail is projecting into the cut skin. They don't even bother cutting off the toenail that is slicing into the skin and tearing at it. Nowadays they do what's called a 'modified Vandenbos' procedure by correcting the TOENAIL FIRST. and then cutting off a little skin. Nothing like this. Damn.
