Story time! Yesterday I had an idea to do an 90s F1 race on the full Nürburgring circuit and in the first three laps half of the AI crashed. (myself included)
just recently discovered this game is on the game pass since than i played the carrere mode wich was actually pretty fun i tought its more simracing but its very arcady but i dont mind but i havent yet tryed to go into online races are they fun? are there any "OP" cars or something i should be awear bevore going into online? im very excited to try out the online mode tbh
@@BTWFleexyy so if you watch my RU-vid or Twitch channels, you’ll see I only race in featured multiplayer races. I used to do the career races as well but it’s a bit same old same old every race. With featured multiplayer you could be against mediocre drivers one race and then next race your against a couple of pro drivers, it’s a lot more exhilarating. But yes you do get rammers which is very frustrating sometimes. Watch some more of my videos and you will get a good understanding of what the different featured multiplayer series has to offer and what to expect. Thank you for the support and thank you for watching 👍
@@damiantomoiaga39 thank you for the support mate, you have no idea how much I appreciate it. Yeah that penalty was ridicules, nothing I could do to avoid. And I didn’t get penalties for some of the other shunts and track limits makes the 4 second penalty more ridiculous
@@eclipse4048 my thoughts exactly! It’s no drama, forget and move on.. thanks for watching mate, some brilliant endurance races will be revealed very soon so stay tuned! 👍
@@damiantomoiaga39 tbh it was a great effort by the EVO but penalties did hurt mate, next time it will definitely be a W! Thanks for watching and following the channel mate! I really appreciate it 👍
@@Thatslipknotguy666 As long as the viewers enjoy the content ill keep posting bro. i am thinking about removing commentary.. do you think its a good idea? do i really need it?
@@stevecraw4d92 I quite like the commentary cause it give insight as to what your think when passing other people or braking points etc but some other people might find it annoying but I would say keep it
@@redwhine2 thanks for watching mate 👍 1080p videos will be permanently posted soon… just flushing the rest of the pre recorded 720p videos out first 🤙
@@stevecraw4d92 you know i watch you with your overpowered cars ! This time though it was a great race. Would like to se you in Aston Martin forza gt ?
Superb driving as usual. As for the ABS off talk, how to master not locking up the wheels as much as possible? Do you use the Xbox elite controller trigger stop to help? Like is the controller worth it for that reason, cuz currently I just use a normal controller. Any tips would help, Thanks as always, keep up the good work!
Nope mine is just a standard controller for series X. Honestly mate, you just have to keep practicing.. the locking up will slowly race by race disappear and the satisfaction you will get when constantly out breaking obvious drivers with ABS on will be your reward. Just find the right pressure of breaking whether that be through break pedal or finger to trigger… practice on don’t turn ABS ON!! no matter how many times you lock up and go off… don’t give up… ABS OFF!!!!!! 🤣🤣 trust me! Thanks for watching 👍
Enjoy watching your driving. You are the one that actually got me to play Forza again and am loving the online play. I've only gotten podium a couple times but it sure is fun. What makes you fast? Manual tranny and tuning?
That’s great I’ve got you back into Forza! It really does have the potential to be great.. as for the question of what makes someone fast, it’s many different aspects and factors that you have to pull together to get the overall speed. Manual w/c or racing manual transmission. Never automatic! Certain car and tune to suit track… for example, you would get a car with compromised grip but with good power and acceleration for tracks with long straights…. While also having a tune to suit (with long gear ratios etc). ABS OFF!!!!!! I know it feels impossible when first doing it and you lock up and switch it back because corner after corner is lock up chaos. Trust me….. turn ABS OFF!! Practice finding the right break pressure and you will be able to break later and harder than all these people online with ABS on. Trust me.. practice and it will work out cutting seconds out of lap times. Another one which I bang on about constantly in my videos is car rotation in slower corners… do not accelerate out of a corner until car rotation is complete and you don’t have to release power. Traction control off for most cars R class or under. And last but not least at all is tunes. Download tunes from fastest lap times on certain cars and tracks set on rivals. If you would like a demonstration then search how to save rivals tune.. if that has no success I will post a video soon. I really hope that’s helped, and thanks for watching 👍
Love the vids and the commentary, love the series, keep up the amazing work! But a curious question, do you do the commentary live during the race, or separately later after recording the race?
Most are done live during the race but some I have to complete after the race due to length, if that makes sense.. thanks for watching though! Glad you’re enjoying! 👍
Of course I haven’t forgot. This is a pre recorded series in R class I did so once it’s finished I will make the video explaining how to find and download top tunes and equip them to your selected car. I also have many endurance races to release as well so watch this space! Thank you for the support!
it's nice hearing small youtubers speaking while playing. you inspire me to do the same since i wanna make a second channel mostly for something like this.
Would have loved to win but it definitely was a fun battle! Thanks for watching and don’t forget to check out the rest of the channel for more intense battles 👍
To me this seemed like your brake-bias was a bit off. Also, Stiffening the frontsuspension to jack up the car in the front and having more weight sit on a softer rearsuspension to use the weight of the car to press the reartires down harder might also help. Try to adjust the Rideheight to be less low in the front or a tat more low in the back to move your cars center of gravity towards the rear and not have it lean so much on the fronttires.
@@stevecraw4d92 i havent played FM myself, most of my tuning experience comes from Messing around in FH5 - the principles are the same and to me it seems FM is even more forgiving to drivingmistakes than FH5 was. Hence i am not sure if this is possible but have you considered Allwheeldrive-swapping this B-word? AWD would add some seemingly much needed weight to the car but also move the center of gravity lower and further back, reducing bodyroll while also decreasing wheelspin on the front tires since all four are busy accelerating.
@@neko6803 if you was an experienced FM racer you would know that AWD 9/10 is not the way for track cars. In the wet yes, or a track with a lot of corners to accelerate out of then maybe…. But most the time front and rear wheel drive do dominate.
Greetings from Ukraine! Love your videos so much. Want to learn driving as you, but that stupid system with tuning is ridiculous - driving part of the game i understand on quite good level, but i alvays lose on technical side - most overtakes that was med on me was becouse of not enough speed on straights, or corners, can you make a video-guide how to tune and drive? Sry for bad English...
If you lack speed on the Straights this can have several reasons. First of all, not ever Tune with the same Powerindex is necessarily the same. Forza calculates the PI based on an AI taking it around a virtual testtrack but that AI is a bit dumb and unable to properly balance the intricacies of each car - if it fails to calculate a 0-60-time, thats why, the AI couldnt handle the car. You can abuse that in certain ways for example by tanking your car's rating in certain areas to have more headspace in others. That is whats used to do a socalled a power-build: An example of this would be using the most garbage Tires you can fit on it but a MASSIVE Engine with plenty of boost. Speed in Corners and on Straights can be impacted by the same things: Downforce, Gearing and Shifting - other factors like suspension too but those three are the easiest ones to explain. First of all, if you feel like you lack speed on straights but feel comfortable in the corners, try reducing your Aero to reduce drag. This means your car might be a biiiit less planted in the corners but a massive boost of speed during acceleration-phases, especially in highspeed-sections where your Aero creating drag would increase the faster you go, incidentally slowing you down. The next two kind of work together: If your Gearing is off, you might not be able to properly use the power of your car. But you might also have to change when you shift, depending on your car: thee Power-Curve (Horsepower over the Range of RPMs the engine can do) of any given engine might negatively affect your acceleration as well. For example some Subarus tend to have their Power fall off quite significantly (sometimes a quarter of their power) above 6500 RPM even though they can rev to 8000. So to properly use the engine to your advantage you would have to short-shift at around 6500 to 7000 RPM instead of redlining it each gear and you would have to set up your Gearing to reflect that, making the gears longer to properly use the section where the engine has the highest amount of Power. The same thing can be crucial at the other end of the RPM-Spectrum. Especially old Engines, experience quite significant Powerloss in the lower RPMs and suddenly come to life at like 2500 to 3000 RPM. This means if you shift up and into or below that range, your car will not accelerate properly for a long time so you should try to optimize your gearing according to that. If you expect long straights you might want to make the gears longer to make proper use of the power at higher speeds, if you expect a lot of mid-speed twisty sections where you stay in one or two gears pretty much permanently, you might want to find a middleground and if you have lets say something like lets say Monaco GP where you have pretty much no straights but a lot of very tight turns where you have to slow down a lot, you might want to make your gears shorter to accelerate quicker.
oh and i forgot to mention: if you are happy with how each gear transitions to the next in terms of RPM, dont mess with the ratios any more, not even to make the gears longer or shorter depending on the track. Use the Final Gear for that instead.
Totally agree mate, would have been a good even battle from both car characteristics but then we both definitely wouldn’t have won. So in the end it was definitely a crucial overtake. Thank you for watching mate, endurance races in featured multiplayer coming soon 👍
