Paul and friends... Leslie and I are SO SORRY to see and hear of the damage of the Keys with Hurricane Irma. We felt so blessed to spend a full week with you in the Sailfish Cottage! We had an amazing time! And, we have been sick thinking about and praying for all of you (and all the creatures of the Keys) since we heard about Irma. We left you just four days before evacuation orders were given, and just a week before Irma hit you! Thanks for posting the pictures and video of the moments before, during and after the storm. We are glad to see that the brand new tiki hut we enjoyed all week is still standing! We hope all of your sailboats survived. This video seems to show some damaged sails, and maybe a broken mast or two. Please keep us posted on more details. We are very interested. Most of all, we are glad you folks are all OK. You are in our prayers, as you do the VERY hard work of cleaning up, accessing damage, and figuring out next steps!

Well deserved winner! We've stayed there twice with family and this is a perfect synopsis of what it's truly like at KLSC. Only thing missing were the manatees! Great job! And free advertising! Clever!
