Absolutely true, sugar is a highly addictive drug. It also negatively impacts blood circulation, which is why diabetics sometimes have to get amputations. This negative effect on blood circulation impacts the brain as well, as your brain needs good blood circulation in order for the cells to remain healthy and thriving. This negative impact on blood circulation could explain why sugar consumption and cognitive decline like dementia seem to go hand in hand. Unfortunately it's normalized and is contained in almost everything, if you go out of your way to avoid it, people will look at you funny. It also has a calming effect, so people who live stressful lives start to depend on sugar to numb their brains so that they don't feel so alert and stressed out all the time.

So, due to lack of SEO your videos don't reach to target audience and don't rank on RU-vid. That's why your Videos do not get much audience,views, likes and comments which limits your channel growth. Great info but Wow that's a killer interest rate. Mines 1.75% in the uk secured in 2019. Seems like it's a better option to secure funding from outside of Poland. I'd love to buy over there.

Hello. Witam. We are retired Americans. We were in Europe last year from August to March this year: 5 months helping a new school open in L'viv, six weeks in Krakow learning about WWII, and a month in Tallinn. We visited Gdansk and Warsaw. Our friends have relatives in Poland, as well. We loved our time in Poland. Great trains, easy access to Europe, and very friendly people in each of the cities we were in. Lublin looks amazing! I think living in Lublin would serve you well, it's a cozy city and not expensive. People are great. And yes, in general the infrastructure is great and the government seems to have done a good job of providing that.

Hi, I would say around 5 hours effective per day for around 4 months straight. But in reality many days less and a few days more. Good luck with your Endavour! I do recommedn LingQ and Steve Kaufmans methodology in general. I found topics I was interested in and that really helped me stay interested.
@@tahsinzisan8007 in my opinion, as I recommend in the video, I learned using Steve Kaufmanns methods. Search him up and watch his videos. I think using his mindset was the best for me :) I also paid for his app LingQ. Cost was 110$ for a full year, which was so worth it!

Thank you! Well I will definetly put out more videos when I find a reliable editor and filmographer. I think you can already start investing, and start with smaller projects, such as buying a small flat. You might need your parents to help with the legal papers, but again you can find ways to do it without their help. Another way is you can start looking for deals, and sell the deal to some flipper and then make a comission %, you don't need to be 18 for this. and when you are 18 you are just like anyone else. Have you joined the FB group yet? I can talk more with you and maybe meet someday to discuss how else to use the opportunities :)

You should do more from Lublin, you noticed different climate in that city, which is one of the most Polish in Poland (900+ years within the borders) :) The Old Town is not reconstructed 70% pre-war as you rightfully marked in the video description :) Salut!
@@adrianmahdian2683 But Lublin is in top 10 biggest cities in Poland. You should not say, that it is small city. International corporations such as PwC, Capgemini and Sii have offices in Lublin, there is an international airport here, and the metropolitan area is inhabited by over 600,000 people. citizens. Additionally, there are 9 universities here. Lublin has the highest degree of internationalization of students in Poland.
@@grzegorzossor Lublin is very good but there is so less english speaker and there is big problem about parking spaces :) Other than that its peaceful, fun, live city. Might be best city on Poland. But they are little prejudice for foreigners as i witness but thats normal. Once they know you, they are very friendly.
Thank you for the comment, What I did in the materials sheet is I counted all the costs including VAT since that's what we can expect to pay In LABOR sheet, the VAT is added in the end (to the labor). If you plan to buy with your company, then just divide by 1.23 and you should get the amount without the VAT. Lmk if this helps!

YES, condo assosiations and HOAs do behave very similar to the admins here, and the worst thing is, the admins here have several buildings under control and don't personally live in them. So that might make things more complicated. It did work out and I am quite happy with the results :D
