Highly doubt it! Seeing as the Miami market is a complete anomaly to the rest of the US national market. 99% chance it only goes up at a steady pace. I reserve 1% chance for crazy things like COIVD, war, and very powerful natural disasters. We shall see though brother, thanks for the comment! 😎
