Latex allergies, chemicals, metals, hay fever etc, celiac, wheat and grain sensivities. Never ending list to deal with. Everybody has different DNA and blood inherited by both parents ancestors. Yes your oil suggestions are excellent suggestions.
Sauteing and light pan frying is ok with these. Not deep frying. Avocado oil is the safest for high heat situations since won't break down as easily as the other 2.
I’ve been on indomethacin for over 30yrs. I’ve had an abdominal hernia. I have thinning in my intestine. And the the 3 years I’ve developed psoriasis which is now very bad. I believe it’s mostly likely due to such long term use 😢
Thank you. I have Black Castor Oil. I bought it as I read it's good for your eyes. But what about psoriasis too? How about ingesting castor oil. As a child my mother and all of her siblings were force fed castor oil, they hated it. But I presume it was done with good intention and for good reason?
You're welcome! I like regular castor oil better due to how it is processed vs how black castor oil is processed. I don't see any benefit to ingesting it for psoriasis and don't recommend it (yay since it tastes terrible!).
I have Palmoplantire Pustular Psoriasis and have noticed the Pustulars get smaller when I take small walks. So have taken to 5-10 mins on a spin bike each hour. Hoping it works
Thank you for this video. You have just accurately described my experience. My name is Milcah from Nigeria. I haven’t been able to work in the last two months. Haven’t been able to do much at home either.
I love how at 1:50 she says, BLAWK. Anyway--I was diagnosed with inverse psoriasis ten years ago and found that no topical treatments provided more than temporary,, partial relief. I decided to megadose D3/K2, along with magnesium glycinate, and in a few months my symptoms were abolished. Make sure to take D3 with fatty foods in order to maximize absorption. To give you a concrete idea of dosage vis a vis blood level: I took 20,000 IU for two years; I then dropped to 10,000 IU for a few months, at which point I got a blood test, which showed my level at a fairly modest 106 ng/ml (the danger level is variously reported to be 150 or 200 ng/ml). I've read that D3 levels should be slightly higher than recommended to achieve psoriasis relief, and my experience bears that out. And no, I didn't consult with my doctor! He had no interest in vitamin D. I had had to coax him into prescribing topical calcitriol (which helped a little, but not enough), as he was only interested in tacrolimus, which sadly provided no therapeutic benefit.
Yes topicals are not the answer. For people who read this comment: It is important to always check lab levels to make sure people don't get too high as everyone reacts differently and levels raise at different intervals for different people. I am so glad you are doing better!
Yay I’m going to binge watch your channel! Thank you for this! What anti fungal supplements would you recommend? I don’t know if I have candida overgrowth but doing antifungal practices wouldn’t hurt.
Awesome! I hope you find them helpful. Doing a candidia questionnaire or a stool test would let you know if candida is likely an issue for you. These are things that I help my clients with. One of my fave supplements that worked for my candida is this one, but of course speak to your medical provider before taking any supplements. fmfw.fmforlife.com/candikill-120-veg-capsules.html (this is from my estore in full disclosure)

Hı, I come from Uzbekistan, And I want to go abrod, Like Usa, Spain, Germen, As u talked I reckon that u are from America, so If I go to the country, How is costs If I have psoriasis, I mean ı want to know treatment, costs living with psoriasis
Yes I am from the USA. The costs really depend on the type of health insurance someone has. With good insurance, treatments for psoriasis aren't very expensive, but with not so great (or no) insurance it can get very expensive.
Is soy milk actually ok to have? I really can’t tell if its a good replacement for cows milk or not… my lesioms and itching dont reduce but i suppose its because of other aspects such as eating too much sugary foods and chips..
Soy milk isn't my favorite for a few reasons, 1 being that soy can cause inflammation in people as well. Yeah, removing dairy is just 1 piece of the puzzle.
00:28 🔍 Genetics plays a significant role in psoriasis development, with around 80% of individuals having a family history of the disease. 00:55 🧬 HLA-CW6 is a well-known gene associated with psoriasis, found in about 50% of affected individuals, among over 80 identified genes linked to the disease. 01:22 🌍 Psoriasis results from a combination of genetic and environmental factors, with certain genetic variations increasing susceptibility while environmental triggers like infections may activate the disease. 01:48 💡 Psoriasis isn't solely determined by genetics; lifestyle factors such as diet, stress, and toxins also contribute to its development, suggesting avenues for intervention beyond genetic predisposition.
