1. He uses WinSCP ftp client to connect to the ftp server on the Dreambox. 2. He changes directory to /tmp where he deletes the IPK file he had uploaded before he started the recording. 3. He uploads the IPK file from the client to the server a second time, from Desktop to tmp. This time around he is recording the steps. 4. He reaches for the Rename context menu option (F2) to copy the IPK file name for later use, but then he realises he has already done that before he started the recording and pasted the file name into Notepad. 5. He uses the Putty client to open a telnet connection to the telnet server on the Dreambox. 6. He signs in on the remote host. 7. He changes remote directory to /tmp where he uploaded the IPK file. 8. He opens Notepad and copies the opkg command to install the package, including the IPK file name. 9. He pastes in the opkg command to install the package, including the IPK file name and hits Enter. 10. He goes on to type in a bunch of invalid commands on the command line instead of using the Notepad to leave you as viewer with a goodbye message.
