Any truck with air brakes should start draining with your truck off. Reason because if truck is on it will continue filling with air. Drain completely then start truck up and refill with fresh air
CDLBOOKCLUB, I would say to myself, is the best way to look at your pretrip inspection the way it should be looked at, because all others are kind of confusing and they run around with too many repetitions, and with this one, if I want, I can stop the video and rerun it to listen to it again, repetiion of parts and things makes it confusing and hard to understand. Thank you CDLBOOKCLUB.
I´m looking at this and holding my breathe. Especially when was doing the parallel parking. It took me a long time doing that in a car but I got it down pack now. lol I love all your videos!!!
Mr. Jeff Mills I have a question. I have been watching your videos back to back over the last few months on my journey to getting my CDL and I have completely memorized your sequence and rhythm in how you perform the pretrip inspection. I did a dry run going through the same pretrip sequence you are using in this video in front of my uncle who has been driving over 20 years and he told me this is not the correct way and I would fail my test if I did the test this way. I am so confused, is this not the correct way? I live in the Atlanta area, if I conducted my pretrip this way would they fail me? I mean I have this sequence down pact and it will just be hard to unlearn what I spent all of my time learning. I literally had to reschedule my road exam because he told me this wasn't the correct way I am completely confident I would have passed. I even showed him the video, not just this one but other ones you have as well. he really jammed me up on this one.
I'm from Massachusetts and im looking at his pretrip because I understand it and he doesn't make me sleepy or disinterested to watch a pretrip. Don't let noone tell you different. Yes he maybe your uncle and he learned at a different school everybody's pretrip isn't that same. He told you that and you got to remember it's his opinion at the end of the day. It's how confident you feel you studied for it. Sometimes family members have sneaky ways. Man don't let noone tell you different. Go for it put that doubt shit to the side. Look at your pretrip paper and if what instructor is saying in the video the same on your paper. If so then go get your test done and over with put all that doubt away. Goodluck!!!
Cdl manual says 2psi for single vehicle class b and 3 psi for combination vehicles. .... 3psi for static leak test(no brake pedal) and 2 psi for applied(holding brake pedal) is that not correct?????
I took my CDL over the road and pre trip test and air brake test and because the your video I killed the test I have my CDL B now thank you for your help
Comments on your newest pretrip video is disabled which is what I watched. I wanted to thank you very much, literally just got my cdl 1hr ago and my instructor said he wished his supervisor was with him because I was flawless on the pretrip which I give full credit to your video. I watched a few others too to get different views but liked yours the best. So, thank you sir for a job well done. God Bless you!
I lice your video I wish you could go a little slower... why you don’t start From the front and work yourself from the driver side go around it because we get a little bit confused. Please
So I took this test and it’s showing exactly how yours is however I still can’t tel if I’m negative or positive considering it’s all lined. Does it mean I’m negative if I have to lines on the c ?
The worst place ever. He is disrespectful, arrogant, and vulgar, you will be wasting your time and money if you go there, go else where where they train much better and teachers are very professional. This guy is a joke. He is not even certified. Look at his reviews online before you decide.
