And, if you have broken landing gear legs, you can back up on some boards to raise your truck up, and that will raise the trailer up enough where you can get the landing gear to go up.
So you back out the screw try to fit it under the lever and if not rotate the motor until it fits on all the push rods then to to the valve adjustment you do the ABC sequence for adjustment?
So you can just unscrew them all and get as many push tubes as you can before rotating the crank to get the others ones in? And then follow the procedure to do an overhead?
I changed all them parts except the foot brake valve guess I have to change it cause it still have leak and brakes locked on me everytyme I hit the brakes air pressure drop all way down
Do not change the foot brake valve without checking your Air Brake Relays. Your truck should have 3 of them 1 control each axle brakes. Take off the delivery lines with the truck off. If air is coming out, then you need a new relay, not a foot brake valve.
Can the same part be the reason for the steer tire on driver side to not rrlase the brake all the way since it's leaking air on the same position like in ur video truck is 2019 international c10 edition
You might have an issue on that front driver side line that's causing that part to leak. Maybe there is a restriction or fail parts. Also that slack adjuster might be bad, and if you changed your brake chamber recently and the length of the rod was not cut correctly that rod travel might cause that side to not operate correctly.
You didn't get screwed. You got F-cked like everyone else who went to a repair shop.It should take no more than an hour and a half with no experience. Experience mechanic should be able to get this done in about 1 hour.
was this causing your brakes to not set when you parked and truck would roll ? did the brakes feel like the were grabbing when you would start to drive ?
I hear airleaking from tractor protection valve on the firewall when I turn off my truck . When I park and set brakes the truck will roll some , when I start to drive I feel brakes grab a little. My rear driver axle brake pads are worn down now and have to be replaced. But I replaced all brake shoes and drums just 6 months ago . This issue with air leak and brakes not working properly just started last week .
@brantingram please make sure the air is leaking from the parts you think it's coming from. Watch this video on 1 of my popular air leak issues problem. See link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--arix5mnvvo.htmlsi=4GMlWkmWRfqRQ69g Keep me posted so I can help you further when you are sure where the air is coming from.
Scary thing is, between freightliner and international (key blanks are the same), there's about 15 different main key patterns... like OP said, try a similar Key.... my spare right now, it's my old spare from 4 trucks ago, it'll do the driver lock with slight jiggling and a light pull. As long as you can get most of the pins/ridges, the wiggle and push/pull can trip the rest of they're close.... just sayin...
There is no excuse for new driver to improve them selves with so many you tube videos like this. I wish I had help when I started . I learn this just by comun sense try and error. This is a good video good job
