Lead is the reason recycling of glass bottles and pots is separated from window and drinking glass... That's not food-storage-safe glass, that's lead-containing glass which leaches lead into your drink [might give it an extra, sweetish flavour =) ]. It's not a problem short-term --- crystal drinking glasses contain lead, it's a little it doesn't matter over minutes/hours --- so by all means use it for a cool bar setup one evening... but it IS a problem if it stays in there for weeks/months, as you might with a good whisky or fancy gin.
You can just eyeball the concept and build to your own specs. He's using 2x3s. I built mine for 4x4 legs. Just be sure whatever legs you use are square and straight. Otherwise the wheel "lifts" won't line up.
Have you considered selling those batteries online? It would be fantastic to have them available in our country, especially since they appear to be of high quality and durability. I believe many people will find them useful and convenient to purchase from an online platform.

Honestly it looks terrible. Great job though, I understand it took effort to make, but the way it lights up is just really underwhelming. It's not a propper light source, it doesn't really look all that aesthetic and frankly it bothers me that you left the seams at the top.
