I wrote a community post before prelims to clarify my attempt is in 2025…as being a serious aspirant u know better how u enter the cycle with just pre prep & end up getting not optional done showing bad results in mains… I never wrote on thumnails that is why this confusion occurred so i wrote a post (it was on 24hr cycle so got deleted) Anyways how you doing? take care❤️

@@anshul_683 it sucks dude sometimes …hey it was holiday btw I have become a robot on few days i feel like😝😝 But i guess discipline a strict one seems robotic for atleast gharelu chhote chote kaam eg brush bath skincare in a go….right? I never did like this in college😂😂

Read_4 fictional (2 states, half girlfriend, कलेक्टर साहिबा, ग़बन) and 2 non fictional( 4 agreements, Get backed) *GOALS AND OBJECTIVES* _Initial goals_ : To get body fat % to 15 : Listening over speaking : Screen time 30 mins _Progress towards Goals_ : Body fat % 19 : screen time 46 min average for 4 weeks.
