Hey, thanks for your kind message! I'm working on series of tutorials (courses) to help fashion brands use Clo 3D. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.
Really amazing ♥ ♥ May I ask you, ma'am? I wish you could explain to us how we can use Blender with Clo3D, for beginners only. How do we modify the model on Blender after we create it on Clo3D? Thank you very much, ma'am ♥
Hey, I'm working on a tutorial for Clo 3D to Blender workflow. I would recommend to start with something basic just import, experiment with camera/ render settings. I might have unpopular opinion but unless you feel like you've outgrown Clo and you can't physically achieve something in there I would not jump to other software's :)
Hi! Incredible tutorial! Do you know how to export the animation for blender with out losing the textures? When I export it on glb or allembic it exports with out textures; and when I export it in fbx it loses the animation... Anyone could help me? Thanks :)
There are a few ways: 1. Export additionally as obj to bender and then link all the textures to alembic file. 2. Export as Obj + MDD file (for animation) or Point Cache 3. Export as USD, I haven't tested if it holds animation file though, but it holds garment and avatar textures for sure.
Where are a couple of ways. You can: 1. split your pattern in two pieces 2.use interline line to change fold angle 3. use select mesh box 4. move the fabric while simulating
Thank you so much for the tutorial! I'm having a hard time importing the pattern. I get the message "incompatible with the current avatar". Would you happen to have any idea of how to fix that?
I'll try to see if this happens with a new Clo version. Feel free to email your project file to contact@senkdesign.com I'll see if I can troubleshoot this for you :)
Hello, I recommend that you first place the patterns in the 2D window before converting the file to .OBJ, then proceed with the explanations in the video
how to import same textures from clo to blender? like i have created embossed effect over a tshirt graphic in clo but when i export it to blender it just turns out to be flat @@senkdesign

Thanks for your comment Anna! I don't use any shortcuts (maybe there is one), I just hover my mouse on the screen capture, and left click. Then the frame become red and I just drag the points to make the screen capture smaller or larger. Hope this helps :)
@@senkdesign I got it, one pattern piece was overlapping another in the uv editor. This was tricky because although had them arranged correctly, when I went to export the OBJ, they moved. I'll make a vid.
Hi dear, I have been following you on Instagram and now I come to your RU-vid. Thank you so much for your kind to chat and share with us (especially me as a beginner on the digital design).
