I've got a mk2 C-Max with the 1.6L Duratec Ti-VCT engine, which looks exactly the same, same inlet manifold and PCV valve/hose location etc. However, I cannot whatsoever get my hand through that gap. I have quite large hands, but not massive; I'm only 5'8". Is the gap bigger on this engine? Any tips on gaining access without removing major parts? Cheers, great video though

I've got the 2011 Corsa 1.0 and I've currently got a P0107 fault code for the MAP sensor which when I've replaced makes the engine run terribly/not at all. I've been told that the EGR valve could be causing the actual problem. Have you got any experience/advice/thoughts on my scenario? Great video regardless

I've tried 2 new motors and a 2nd hand one now, get no power to them however if I plug my original one in you can here the motor. Think there's an issue with my connector

Does the drain plug stay in? I have turned anti clockwise but the flow is very slow and the drain plug just keeps spinning?

Update! All good, I was looking in the wrong side. On left hand drive cars it is in the passenger side or the right side. Many thanks. Blower working on all speeds now.

On my daughter’s 2015 Fiesta, the resistor is not in that location. I cannot find it? Bought a new one but nowhere to fit it.

Thank you for this! A minor nit pick, as a general rule, the final quarter-turn tightening is best done once all other bolts are already hand tight.

Mine goes into limp mode without warning even when sat on cruise. Have to flick it off/on an itll reset. Not cleaned or even looked at um but will report back when i do. Thanks

What other reasons would this stop working. Changed my oil pressure sensor and went off altogether fuses fine.

That means your whole EGR system is filled with that crap. You need to clean out the entire EGR system if you want to do the job properly.
