hello, it is 2G device, so beter use a SIM that can support 2G network. some countries have closed 2G, so 2G devices cannot work. a SIM works in phone may not work in the device, as the phone nomrall supports 2G,3G,4G and 5G.
I am having trouble with this device. It is offline after I activated the gps tracker SIM card and charged the device. I’ve called numerous times to the SIM card company and they confirmed the SIM card is compatible with this device that I should contact the device company. I downloaded 365gps app on my iPhone and signed in with IMEI number and created a password but the device is still off line. Can you please help explain what may be the problem
