It is not poor customer service. Indians DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH! They don't understand what we say and they only reply random things that have nothing to do with our queries. And when they don't understand a word, they put the phone on mute hopping that WE will give up and hang up the phone. The problem are the greedy companies that hire them!!!! We are not being supported by any customer service at all!!!!
