@@ItsAlpa hit it before covid happened. I started to workout at 13, just focused on bench mostly because it was what I liked. Took a break at 15 because I got the goal and covid hit.
@@ItsAlpa Im 20. Went from 190bw to 215bw at 19 in 2 months, hit 295x5 at 210bw. Never 1rm because I started losing that weight quickly (because I looked like shit), I was strong but since I bulk so quickly I mostly gained fat. The break from 16 to 17 made me have to work to the 185 bench a little bit so it stopped my progress, thats why I dont bench 315 for reps
@@iangossett7450 he is gonna hurt himself period! Cut the weight in half and keep your ass on the bench arch your back and pause the rep for a second on your chest! Took me 3 years to hit 315 lbs at 190 lbs!!! I’m not trying to insult him just saying facts
