Yeah, man. It’s mainly storage for rolls. I do it so my training partners and myself can study their footage. You’re welcome to subscribe tho. Some rolls are better than others. 🤷♂️
Thanks for sharing. You should look up the move Sankaku-jime. So many grapplers lose that on top triangle position because they don't know how to finish from there. Borrow some moves from Judo.
