Mrs Homeniuk, I don't feel safe in my own town. I spoke to a town employee nicely and have him some pointers on operation of the grader he was abusing and next thing I know there are two bylaw officers and 2 rcmp at my door threatening me with arrest if I ever spoke to another employee again. I couldn't figure this out and then they said I was jumping around on the road in front of the grader and made him stop and yelled and swore at the fellow and of course they wouldn't hear my side and said they didn't care and didn't believe me. I am A disabled albertan and I can't jump up and down to begin with or waive my arms around and I do not yell and scream at town employees. I feel like all my rights have been stripped and I feel I have to sell my home and move. I tried to mitigate it through the mayor of my town and he said he doesn't care about my side and is happy with the towns decisions against me a disabled person. I have no way of defending myself as I can't spend the 2500 dollars to hire a lawyer for their slander and threats! Will my government help me now that they are all up in arms about human rights? The Christiya Freeland issue would shine a light on me. I am a covenant commandment obedient man of God, I obey God's ten commandments and regulations and harm no one. All I wanted was for the town operator who lied about me to stop wasting our tax payers money by not having a clue about the operations of a snow grader! The town has people who have been here so long they don't care about the town just themselves. I suffer from extreme pain, major depressive disorder severe and chronic as well as right after the incident I started having epileptic seizures and the first one was so bad I fractured two vertebrae and after being at the hospital all day they sent me home at midnight with a broken back that my Dr found the next week after I was well enough to go for x-rays. This town is the worst one in Alberta as they run everyone new out with their rudeness. This is why our town cannot grow past its 70 year population of a little over 5000 people. The mayor also has a pet project where he spent 7.5 million dollars of tax payers money on a new industrial park which they hope will fill which it will not just as all the other failed investments of this town. We also lost 26 years of our sanitary landfills life because the town made a deal to let their friends company dump load after load of oil field waste into our dump for 60 dollars a load instead of near 900 that all other municipalities Charge! Please send and investigation to Vegreville,Ab. Please help me with this horrible human rights violation by the town and the rcmp head officer who yelled at me and threatened me with arrest! They didn't care who they were attacking. I pray for you Mrs Homeniuk to see the truth even though also know the people who attacked me. Please help
