This is so pretty! I love the embossed cardstock. I need to pull out my embossing folders, too. I've been wanting to play with wax seals. How did you get started?
These are the first ones I’ve done - they are super easy! Spellbinders has a subscription kit, that has beads and one of the weighted wax seals. I have a couple to play with. I also bought the wax melter from amazon for pretty reasonable.
Love how much you've included in your kit. I especially love all the fireworks papers, and the apple paper to stand in for the pears. Looking forward to seeing your projects!
I have many years of photos to scrapbook and want to do a mix of 12 x12 layouts and pocket pages like this. Could you recommend an album and page inserts?
I used a 12x12 three ring binder - typically what ever I can find on sale. Right now I am using a Pioneer Photo Album T-12CHLK/R 3-Ring Printed Chalkboard Design Binder Remember Scrapbook, 12 by 12-Inch. (Amazon has some, but I like to support my local stores as much as I can) The pocket pages are Becky Higgins, our local scrapbook stores doesn’t sell them so I get them on scrapbook.com or studio calico or Amazon. This is design A. I usually get a multi pack that has different designs. Your local store might have some :)
Amanda, this is so pretty, and what a great idea for leftover strips of paper! I need to remember this when I have a bunch to use up. And that picture is so sweet.
I’m glad I found your channel through counterfeit kit and February sketches. I love your style. Also our kids are same age. My son will be 17 in March and my daughter 13 in April.
