If the face was more grey and the eyes were red/black and then it would look like the move version of Billy but his eyes make him look like a kid who is confused what’s for lunch
Hi Dave, I do have the same set and would like to ask you few questions regarding how to keep legos all in one piece like that. Did you use some sort of glue? Is it possible for me to reach out to you via email? Please? Thank you for your help
I took off all the loose pieces, mounted it, then put them back. The ones that wouldn't stay on their own, I added random other pieces I had to hold them down
What's the size of the clothes could it work a 4t size... Chest is 26 inches Shoulder is 11 1/2 inches Sleeve is 14 1/2 inches Inseam is 16 1/4 inches Length is 24 inches Waist is 21 inches
Thanks for making this and sharing it! I printed one and brought it to work, Get tons of compliments on it and am now printing several more in different colors. Great Work!
Hi Dave, I've doing a very similar mount on a 24x24 base. OF course my luck and only a single stud gets me properly centered on my wall. I see you used a single stud with 3 screws (3 1/2" or longer?). How has that held up? Was it adeqate? Or should I go a little off-center and utilize a second stud?
Sick way to display the falcon. I find it strange that the set isn't meant to be displayed on a wall mount like this. How else are you supposed to display it? It needs an entire desk for itself pretty much.
1) This thing is not for everyone, you meed a lot of stuff that regual people doesn't have. 2) i didn't understand something, the last part when you put extra pices, they are extra rigth? they were there before, you add the so those parts will don't fall? I have to say, looks very cool, but is to do it if you know that you will not be moving to another house hah. And last thing, another question, how the hell did you pick the falcon with one hand in that position dude???? i needed 2 hands to take it from the table to couch to put ut in the lego display haha.
1 - Agreed. I try using more common tools, but not everyone has a shop 2 - Yes, they are extra. They don't come with the set, but just came from my other collection to hold on the plates I would recommend getting a partner to help with the install. I still have PTSD about the number of times I smashed it :S
The Skyrim logo was fantastic! Just lost for words I assume the programming makes it as mathatecially perfect as possible the scale and accuracy of the pictures.
@@david0429 I'm a Production Designer in Los Angeles working on an immersive theater event for this Fall - I'm curious to see if you would be interested in renting us the tricycle that you made in this video for our production. Hope to connect with you! Thanks - and great work!
I too am on my 3rd build of my falcon. How did you keep it together with all the moving around? I look at mine or sneeze in its general direction am parts seem to fly off. I picked up as shown in the book to put it on a stand and it completely fell apart. You pick yours up and it is perfect. I don't want to build this again, so please let me know how you are doing this!!
@@david0429 that I believe!! I'm going to use a water based glue. It's going into a display case so I have no plans of taking it apart again. I just think I will give it up if it breaks again
This is very close to what I'm trying to pull off. What are the dimensions of that piece of ash? Seems like you can't really go much smaller based on the landing gear. Also, what are your thoughts on using a similar vertical mounting approach though mounting it on a slightly angled stand rather than on the wall? Do you think that would mitigate some of the problems with mounting it completely vertically on the wall?
The board is 13"x20". You could go a little less wide. As far as mounting on an angle, you could probably do that, you'll just have to pin down different areas so they don't fall off.
